PIAC made a submission to Parliamentary Joint Standing Committee on the NDIS’ inquiry into General issues around the implementation and performance of the NDIS. This submission makes policy and legislative reform recommendations which are aimed at improving the administration of the NDIS, and centres around increasing transparency in decision-making and improving legal frameworks to ensure fair outcomes for participants.
