Customer access to information about their energy consumption

A joint short submission with the Alternative Technology Association, Uniting Care Australia and CHOICE welcoming this rule change proposal which will, among other changes, clarify customer access to energy use data, require AEMO to develop ‘data provision procedures’ and AER to develop Metering Data Common Terminology Guidelines.
