HPLS times and locations
The Homeless Persons’ Legal Service (HPLS) provides free legal help to people in Sydney who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Read about who we can help and what help we can give.
To get help, you can apply online or call us on (02) 8898 6545 if you need help filling out the online application.
We will aim to contact you within 2 days to discuss your legal problem and let you know if we can help you. If we cannot help you, we will try to refer you to another service that can.
Note we cannot help with family law, immigration issues, disputes about property, personal injury claims or drafting wills.
If you are a support worker, you can fill out our online application on behalf of your client. We will contact them directly to discuss their legal issue/s and, if appropriate, make an appointment for them to attend one of our clinics.
You can contact our office on (02) 8898 6545 or email [email protected] with any questions.
