The Homeless Persons’ Legal Service provides free legal help to people in Sydney who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
If this is your first visit, please look at the information at the top of the form below about who can get help. You can also read about the legal problems we can help with.
Please fill in all the relevant questions in the application form (Sections 1-4) to apply for our free legal services.
If you need help to fill out the form, you can call us on (02) 8898 6545.
We also offer in-person legal help – see the times and locations. Please note that some of these clinics are by appointment only, and some are only for women.
We aim to contact you within 3 days to discuss how we might be able to help you. If we can’t help, we will try to refer you to an organisation that may be able to help.
Subscribe for updates including media coverage, event invitations and progress stories. You will hear from us about twice a month.
