Get legal help

Our Homeless Persons’ Legal Service (HPLS) provides free legal advice and representation to help people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Homelessness priorities

We protect the rights of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and help people avoid or exit homelessness. We support advocates with lived experience to drive change and challenge systemic barriers that prevent people from having a safe, secure and healthy home.
