The Justice and Equity Centre said the Commission should not green-light the proposal that has the support of Energy Minister Chris Bowen’s Department of Climate Change, Energy and Environment
“It is not appropriate for all electricity consumers to subsidise infrastructure for EV charging users — particularly where there is no direct benefit for them,” it said.
