This submission responds to the Productivity Commission’s Draft Report, Electricity Network Regulatory Frameworks. Specifically the submission addresses four key areas, namely:
- Incentive Regulation and the WACC (Chapter 5)
- Ownership (Chapter 7)
- Benchmarking (Chapter 8)
- Governance and Consumer Engagement (Chapter 21)
