PIAC responded to the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment consultation on Network Infrastructure Projects (Part 5 of the Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act 2020) policy paper.
Our submission made recommendations regarding financeability concerns, engagement with consumer advocates, consumer feedback guidance, and appropriate cost and risk sharing so as not to place cost risk on NSW consumers.
