PIAC made a submission to the NSW Office of Energy and Climate Change (OECC) and NSW Treasury’s GreenPower Program Review Consultation.

GreenPower remains essential for energy consumers as the only robust and independently verified voluntary green energy product. It has a vital role in accelerating our energy system’s transition to be 100% renewable. The Review should include a comprehensive examination of governance, oversight, objectives, and principles of GreenPower, and its integration with other policy instruments and mechanisms designed to reduce emissions and target a zero-emissions energy system and economy.
