PIAC wrote a brief letter to the Reliability Standards and Settings Review 2018 Consultation Paper, expressing disappointment to note that many of the points made in PIAC’s submission to the issues paper had not been meaningfully addressed in the draft report. PIAC was deeply concerned about the dearth of evidence behind the panel’s draft recommendations, and that they fail to promote the long-term interests of consumers.

PIAC supported the EUAA submission to the review, and requested to meet with the Reliability Panel to discuss the matters in the draft report in January.
