The JEC led a joint submission with the Ethnic Communities Council of NSW, Financial Counsellors’ Association of NSW, South Australia Council of Social Service, St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, Sydney Community Forum, Tenants’ Union of NSW and Uniting Vic Tas to the Australian Energy Regulator’s (AER) Review of the exemptions framework for embedded networks – Invitation to submit feedback on proposed new retail conditions in the ‘Retail Exempt Selling Guideline’ (version 7).
The JEC made a submission to the Transgrid Project Assessment Draft Report (PADR) on upgrading its control room and technologies. 
The JEC made a submission to the Australian Energy Market Operator’s (AEMO) Draft Gas Infrastructure Options Report. This is a new document to the ISP process and will be an input to the Inputs, Assumptions and Scenarios Report.
The Justice and Equity Centre made a submission to the Australian Energy Market Operator’s (AEMO) draft Electricity Network Options Report (ENOR). The final version of the ENOR will inform the Inputs, Assumptions and Scenarios Report, which in turn forms the foundation of the 2026 Integrated System Plan.
The Justice and Equity Centre led a joint community response to the Australian Energy Regulator’s Review of the minimum disconnection amount – Draft decision. The submission was co-signed by Consumer Action Law Centre (CALC), the Financial Counsellors’ Association of NSW (FCAN), First Nations Clean Energy Network (FNCEN), Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS) and South Australian Council of Social Service (SACOSS). 
The Justice and Equity Centre submitted to the Productivity Commission’s inquiry into investing in cheaper, cleaner energy and the net zero transformation.
The Justice and Equity Centre led a joint consumer and community response to Commonwealth DCCEEW's consultation paper on Better Energy Customer Experiences. The submission was co-signed by ACOSS, Consumer Action Law Centre, Consumer Policy Research Centre, First Nations Clean Energy Network, QCOSS, SACOSS and the Tenants' Union of NSW.
We recommended the Government develop national, legislated and enforceable assistance animal principles.
The Justice and Equity Centre led the creation of the Roadmap for Efficient and Electric Homes: Making all Australian homes healthy and affordable. The Roadmap draws on the work of the Efficient and Electric Homes Collaboration, a growing cohort of over sixty organisations working towards efficient and electric Australian homes who were brought together by the JEC and ACOSS from 2023.
