The Justice and Equity Centre has made a submission to DCJ’s review of the role of NCAT in tenancy and social housing disputes. We make recommendations to improve NCAT’s application processes, case management, and hearings procedures. We also advocate for increased supports to assist tenants experiencing disadvantage.
