Tempe McMinn

Tempe joined the JEC as a Senior Solicitor in the HPLS Women’s Service in 2025. She has a background in civil litigation, human rights, domestic and international criminal law and community legal work.

Most recently, Tempe worked in a Health Justice Partnership assisting people being treated in a major Sydney hospital’s general and mental health wards. Tempe has broad experience in social justice work. Before her law career, she worked in non-profit community service and disability support provision.

Tempe sits on committees of non-profits of various sizes, which focus on access to education, homelessness prevention, and international human rights law and advocacy.

Tempe holds a Juris Doctor from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
