Policy and Communications Officer, Energy and Water Justice
Dannielle joined the JEC in November 2025 as a Policy and Communications Officer in the Energy and Water Justice team.
In this role, Dannielle clearly communicates complex issues and policy positions with decision-makers, stakeholders and our community of supporters. She acts as the reader’s advocate and builds support for equity in the energy system through simple communications appealing to diverse audiences.
Before joining us, Dannielle worked in copywriting and communications for a range of clients including those in the energy industry. She has developed informative content on efficiency, home electrification, solar, batteries and EVs for consumers. She has also created effective fundraising messages with non-profit clients including The Heart Foundation, World Animal Protection and NeuRA.
Dannielle has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.
