Head of Philanthropy and Relationships
Cris is the Head of Philanthropy and Relationships at the Justice and Equity Centre, and joined us in July 2025.
She leads the relationships team, building lasting connections with people and organisations to empower the JEC’s work to advance systemic change and improve lives.
Cris has expertise in community engagement, fundraising strategy, and values-led leadership. In her previous role at The Ethics Centre, Cris developed programs and partnership strategies rooted in integrity and trust. She believes strongly in the power of storytelling and shared purpose to inspire change.
Cris has a psychology degree, and in a prior career was a professional storyteller, as the co-founder of a theatre and production company.
