Qantas are under fire after a series of errors left Chelsea Hopkins-Allan, who has a disability, stranded hours from home.
Chelsea is bringing a complaint to the Human Rights Commission, and the lawyers from the Justice and Equity Centre (JEC) representing her say Qantas’s treatment of Chelsea was disability discrimination.
