ABC Radio National: Tasmanian supermarket sued for banning entry to ‘therapy alpaca’

‘There is a real lack of consistency across the federal level, states and territories in the definitions as to what is an assistance animal and how should they be understood at law: what levels of training needs to be demonstrated, what types of animals are covered, what types of assistance are covered,’ Mitch said.
