2022 was a year of significant change for the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
It saw the most important changes to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth) since its commencement; public and government recognition of the cultural issues within the National Disability Insurance Agency; and the introduction of some immediate measures to begin addressing problems with planning, reviews of NDIA decisions, and service provision.
