In our NDIS ‘year in review’ end of year report, authored by PIAC’s Chadwick Wong and Dr Darren O’Donovan at La Trobe University, we consider the key legal developments of the year, and look ahead to another year of reform.
The report sets out the reforms which were proposed in 2021, how the NDIS Act currently looks, and discusses the law reform processes which are happening right now. It also provides a summary of some of the major AAT and Court decisions this year, and sets out some of the key improvements and developments we would like to see in 2022. We look forward to continuing our work with the disability community next year.
