Treasury Laws Amendment (Improving the Energy Efficiency of Rental Properties) Bill 2018

PIAC wrote to the Senate Standing Committee on Environment and Communications regarding the Treasury Laws Amendment (Improving the Energy Efficiency of Rental Properties) Bill 2018. PIAC made suggestions to resolve these issues plus provided other broader policy options to improve the energy efficiency of rental properties.
