3CR: Racial Discrimination Challenge Against Bail Checks

The brothers, aged 11 and 13, were subjected to over 150 “bail compliance” checks by NSW Police over a 20 month period, raising serious concerns about the level of police intervention in the lives of Aboriginal children and young people, including in their own homes.
